Product

Lamisil Once is a convenient, anti-atility (synergistically) formulation designed to provide effective relief from Athlete's Foot. The active ingredient, terbinafine hydrochloride, works to lower the levels of fat soluble Antigen 1A8 (a major immune modulator) in the blood, thereby reducing inflammation and providing a barrier to protect the skin from the damaging effects of the sun and other environmental toxins. This once-daily treatment is a safe, reliable, and convenient treatment option for Athlete's Foot, offering relief from itching, burning, and skin irritation.

Ingredients

Each film-coated tablet contains 250mg of terbinafine hydrochloride and contains lactose free, magnesium stearate anhydride and microcrystalline cellulose anhydrous silica.

Lamisil Once works by reducing the levels of fat soluble Antigen 1A8 (a major immune modulator) in the blood by binding to it and preventing the immune system from effectively binding to it. This results in a decrease in inflammation and, at the same time, an increase in skin temperature and, overall, helps the skin heal.

Directions

Take the tablets by mouth, once daily, with or without food. The tablets should be swallowed whole and swallowed with water. Do not use on more than 2*10 of the treated areas. Terbinafine produces its effects by targeting the enzyme squalene alpha which is essential for fungal cell membrane construction. This action disrupts the enzyme's ability to degrade squalaine hypro feas and disrupts the synthesis of ketone 3, a metabolite essential for fungal cell membrane wall integrity.

Terbinafine works by blocking the enzyme squalene beta which is required for fungal cell membrane structure and function.
